Can Votel send faxes, and what if a client needs a feature Votel does not have?

Votel receives inbound faxes only. It does not send outbound faxes.

If a client needs outbound faxing, or any other feature Votel does not have, pick another service that offers it and connect it with the API step inside a workflow (automation). You can also add that service's page to the sidebar as a custom menu item, so it is embedded inside the platform.
