Can I use variables in my AI agent's opening greeting?

The opening greeting field does not offer the variable picker, so global variables typed there in double curly braces do not work.

Use a workflow greeting instead:

1. Open the agent's workflow and add a Conversation started trigger, so the greeting is the first thing the agent says.
2. Add a conversation node with your greeting and insert the variables with the variable picker, which is available in conversation nodes.
3. Save and test.

After that node, if nothing else is connected, the agent continues from its system prompt. Remove the separate opening greeting so the agent does not greet twice.
